Fire extinguisher solenoid valve no
Exhaust fan Open
4 When the current exceeds 10A or an infrared secondary alarm is triggered Three-color lamp Turn on the red light and honk the horn
PDU socket Power outage
Fire extinguisher solenoid valve no
Exhaust fan no
5 Infrared level 2 alarm and smoke detector trigger alarm (smoke detector dials to self-recovery mode) Three-color lamp Turn on the red light and honk the horn
PDU socket Power outage
First, open the solenoid valve of the fire extinguisher until the infrared secondary alarm disappears, and then turn on the fan to exhaust smoke

Note: When it is necessary to activate the active fire extinguishing capability of perfluorohexanone during the test, please ensure that the room is well-ventilated, maintain the ability to evacuate personnel, and avoid causing breathing discomfort to people.

Charging cabinet parameter Settings:

Parameters can be set by touching the screen.

1. Charging time (default is continuous. When timing is selected, set 1 to 12 hours); The charging time is uniformly set on the three layers.

2. Heat dissipation temperature: (default 40 degrees Celsius, select temperature adjustment step 5 degrees Celsius, range 30~50) The multi-layer cabinets dissipate heat at a uniform temperature. Take the highest temperature detected by the sensor as the standard;

3. Power-off temperature: (Default 55 degrees Celsius, select temperature adjustment step 5 degrees Celsius, range 50~80); The multi-layer cabinets dissipate heat at a uniform temperature. Take the highest temperature detected by the sensor as the standard;

4. Power-off current (default 10A, select to adjust the current step within the range of 1A from 5 to 20A, and set the total charging current uniformly for three layers;

Usage method:

This device is equipped with multiple functional modules for collection, alarm, linkage and fire extinguishing. Through simple Settings in various scenarios, it can achieve the predetermined protective functions.

This device can withstand the explosion of a single lithium-ion battery cell with a capacity of no more than 10Ah or the explosion of a single battery pack with a capacity of no more than 100wh. It can be applied when the total energy of multiple tool batteries does not exceed 1kwh. For the safe charging of larger lithium-ion batteries, please use equipment with a higher protection level.

1. Use the internal PDU socket for safe charging

The internal PDU socket can be used to charge power tools, electronic products, power banks and other connected adapters. If the current and voltage of the PDU socket are too high, or if the device overheats and reaches the specified temperature limit, and the thermal imaging probe detects a high-temperature object, the safety charging cabinet will cut off the 220V power supply input to the PDU, thereby providing protection for charging devices such as power tools. Prevent overheating behavior from spreading and causing accidents.

2. Safety duty for battery charging using external devices

If an external power strip is used for charging or other matters and there is concern that the device may overheat and continue charging, leading to safety accidents, etc., the external power strip can be connected to the control board of the safety charging cabinet, allowing the safety charging cabinet to supply 220 power to the power strip. If the voltage or current is too high, the power supply of the power strip will be disconnected to prevent accidents.

After training, professional users can remove the PDU wiring inside the equipment and replace it with external wiring to actively cut off the power supply of external devices in case of an emergency.

3. Voltage and current acquisition and control system

【Monitoring target】: The power strip connected to the current acquisition module (PDU inside the safety charging cabinet)

【Trigger condition】: When the current acquisition module detects that the total current of the power strip exceeds the set value, such as 10A (approximately 2.2KW), overcurrent protection is triggered and the 220V power supply is cut off.

【Verification method】: Use high-power electrical appliances or tools, such as water heaters, hot air guns, microwave ovens, etc., and start them simultaneously to trigger overcurrent protection and achieve power-off.

4. Perfluorohexanone active fire extinguishing System (Optional accessory, optional when active fire extinguishing function is required)

An optional set of intelligent perfluorohexanone fire extinguishing device can be installed inside the box. Carry out coordinated fire extinguishing for incidents such as equipment fires during the charging process. Users can also choose to install other economically viable interlocking active fire extinguishing Settings.

Fire extinguishing action test: Generate temperature alarms and smoke alarms in sequence. The methods are as described in Sections 1 and 2 of this section. Check whether the fire linkage is normal. When the solenoid valve lights up the action red light, it indicates that the action is successful.

Note: Both infrared thermal imaging alarm and smoke detector alarm are required. Only when both alarm simultaneously will the fire extinguishing system take action to extinguish the fire.
